COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS AND APPLICATIONS

Amine Compound Corrosion Inhibitor ME-ADM is an anionic polymeric fluid loss additive synthesized through copolymerization of acrylamide and its derivatives. Unlike conventional polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or standard acrylamide-based products, this agent employs novel polymeric monomers and a multi-component polymerization process, resulting in enhanced temperature resistance. It maintains excellent filtration control performance at temperatures up to 130°C, with no adverse effects on cement slurry thickening time or set cement properties. It also delivers stable filtration control in high-salinity aqueous environments and under low to ultra-low temperature conditions.

 

Applications of Amine Compound Corrosion Inhibitor:

Provides low fluid-loss impulse to mitigate pulsating impact from cement slurry on previously infiltrated solids and liquids, reducing depth of the contaminated zone.

Decreases the rate and total volume of cement slurry filtration into the formation.

Neutralizes adverse effects from water quality, temperature, and formation characteristics during cementing operations.

Amine Compound Corrosion Inhibitor ME-ADM exhibits high viscosity, reducing potential filtrate fingering and overall depth of filtrate invasion.

Enhances cementing operation quality.
