Quality Management System (QMS) refers to a management system that directs and controls an organization in terms of quality. The QMS is a systematic quality management model established within the organization and necessary for achieving quality goals. It is a strategic method of the organization. It combines resources and processes. QMS is carried out by process management methods. Several system elements are selected and combined according to the characteristics of the enterprise, which generally include process components related to operation activities, resources, products, and measurement, analysis and improvement activities. It is understood to cover the requirements of planning, implementation, monitoring, correction and improvement activities in the whole process from determining customer needs, design and development, production, inspection, sales, and delivery. Generally, it becomes the internal quality management work of the organization in a documented manner.
Environmental Protection
