MA-Triazine converts H2S & RSH into a non-toxic sulphate salt and water:
1.MA-Triazinewill chelate the H2S & RSH molecules
2.The dosage is small, the reaction is fast, the desulfurization effect is remarkable, and the reduction range is large. The addition amount is 2%o--6%o, which is suitable for various types of sulfur-containing crude oil.
3. Thermal stability: within the range of-25°C ~ 65°C, the chemical properties of the scavenger are stable.
Main reaction mechanism:
Crude oil H2S Scavenger generally adopts direct injection into crude oil and dosing after three-phase separator. The equipment needs an injection pump and a disperser or atomizer installed in the center of the pipeline. There shall be sufficient distance between the upstream
injection point and the downstream receiver to ensure sufficient reaction time, and the H2S escape index of crude oil after treatment shall be less than 10ppm. The generated product is generally polysulfide compound salt with stable performance. It is discharged with sewage after
demulsification and dehydration in the combined station. The process flow is shown below:
