PRODUCT NAME :ME-STOP (Amine-treated lignite)
COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS AND APPLICATIONS
It's compound of Polyether Amine. The distribution tendency of useful free Amine groups of Polyamine are fully considered, which effectively ensures the strong inhibition of Polyamine Compounds, so that Polyamine can achieve high effective inhibition and anti swelling effect in ordinary brain or seawater.
ME-STOP (Amine-treated lignite) Polyamine is more efficient in clay-rich ductile shales inhibition and can have same efficiency of shale inhibition as Oil based mud.
Amine-treated lignite reacts with water to produce alkalinity, Polyamine itself dissociates into a kind of Cationic Compound which can adsorb negatively charged particles of clay, thus inhibiting the hydration and dispersion of clay. Polyamine has high concentration of amino group density, which ensures the good adsorption performance and inhibition effect of organic free amine. The weak alkalinity and weak dissociation properties of polyamine make the action, concentration of polyamine in equilibrium state all the time. The concentration of dissociated amine in active state is not large in the total concentration of amine, but it can keep the concentration balance for a long time, continuously interact with the most active and easily hydrated group in the clay on the surface of formation pore, adsorb on the surface, and further prevent the influence of hydration expansion factors. The inhibition effect of polyamine has long-term effect and strong anti scour ability, which can ensure the formation inhibition effect for a long time after the completion of drilling operation.
Amine-treated lignite Polyamine has a high amine group concentration and a high acid neutralization equivalent concentration, which can be adsorbed on the surface of drilling tools to prevent corrosion of drilling tools; Polyamine and organic viscosifier in drilling fluids have a good synergistic effect, which can improve the viscosity and stability of the system.

The recommended dosage is 2.0-3.0%, by the temperature used.
