PRODUCT NAME : Synthetic polymer, ME-LOCK
COMPOSITION / INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS AND APPLICATIONS
The maximum compressive strength can reach more than 100 MPa, the fracture strain is more than 25%, with good compressive resistance and toughness. Furthermore, Synthetic polymer, ME-LOCK resin has no permeability after solidification, there will not occur second lost circulation.
Synthetic polymer, ME-LOCKl is not permeable in itself. In the application of casing leakage, annulus pressure and water layer LCM in oilfield, the resin is replaced by squeezing to the destination position, and the resin has cross curing reaction to form high strength condensate compound and realize the function of permanent LCM. The cured resin has high strength and chemical corrosion resistance.
Synthetic polymer, ME-LOCK is solid-free, it can penetrate into the fine microcracks, so it has good performance in microcracks loss circulation material.
Synthetic polymer, ME-LOCK transmits long-term performance advantages to the cement sheath including increased compressive strength, a lower Young’s modulus for greater ductility, and an increase in shear bond strength. Permeability of the cement can also be significantly reduced due to the incorporation of resin in the design.
● Good thermosetting, stable at 270℃;
● Inert under weak acid and alkali, no degradation under high temperature and high pressure, no remove plugging.
