Description:

Cement Slurry, ME-HALAD, an anionic polymer fluid loss additive, differs from conventional PVA and acrylamide polymer products in that it utilizes a new polymer monomer and polymerization process for multi-component polymerization. This results in improved temperature resistance, allowing it to maintain good filtration control performance even at temperatures as high as 130°C, without negatively affecting the thickening time of cement slurry or the performance of cement paste. Additionally, under high salinity water conditions, Cement Slurry, ME-HALAD demonstrates stable filtration control performance in low and ultra-low temperature environments.

Functional use:

Enhance the quality of cementing operations;

Eliminate the negative impacts of water quality, temperature, and formation on cementing operations;

Improve filtration control performance to decrease the filtration rate and total volume of filtrate into the formation;

The anionic polymer fluid loss additive (ME-HALAD) possesses high viscosity, effectively mitigating the occurrence of filtration fingering phenomena in the filtrate, thereby reducing the overall depth of infiltration;

Exhibit low filtration impulse to prevent pulsating effects of cement slurry on previous solid and liquid infiltrations, consequently minimizing the extent of the contamination zone.

Appearance: Brown flowing powder.

Recommended dosage: 1.0-3.0%
