It reduces the Viscosities and gel Strengthsis a medium-molecular-weight, anionic, white powder additive used primarily for controlling filtration loss in low-salinity water base mud systems. It is a Effective Mud Conditioner and Effective thinner and Gel Reducer and Prevents High temperature Mud gelation.is sensitive to calcium and magnesium, therefore the total hardness of the system should be reduced and maintained below 300 ppm.
