As of November 10, Qingdao Millennium Energy Co., Ltd. has supplied 330 tons of drilling fluid base mud to Chuanqing Oilfield. Previously, the company signed a supply contract with Chuanqing Oilfield Drilling Technology Service Company for 5000 tons, and the supply is expected to be completed in a quarter.
The Wellhead evaluation results show that the drilling fluid base mud produced by Qingdao Millennium Energy Co., Ltd. has good compatibility, good rheological properties, firtration wall building properties and other properties, which can fully meet drilling requirements.
The company maintained a high rate of penetration in both set and compound drilling. The average rate of penetration of the three-bit bit reached 12 m/h, far exceeding that of other teams in the same block (average rate of penetrationis 3.91 m/h in offset Wells), and the drilling cycle was significantly reduced.
When drilling into a large section of collapsible mudstone,it kept the well wall stable all the time, effectively prevent and deal with the disaster events encountered in the drilling process.
The field application of the new drilling fluid base fluid developed by the company has achieved great success and obtained high economic benefits.
In addition, for the high-quality development of the company, research team of our company is developing low-cost drilling fluid base mud. At present, the formula test has been mainly completed, and the performance transformation and production program demonstration are under way. The program is expected to be finalized before the New Year.
