Production description
Follow-drlling plugging agent (modified plant fiber) is mainly made of natural raw materials and scientifically formulated. Its main ingredients are highly active humic acid salt and its derivatives, cellulose, vegetable gum, pentose, etc. The appearance is flowable solid powder. It is a plugging material uhasessed to reduce filtration and protect the reservoir in the drilling fluid. Follow-drlling plugging agent is added to the mud while drilling,its different grading of plugging particles, fibers and chips can effectively plug the lost formation with different properties, quickly and effectively plug the complex formation conditions encountered in the drilling process, reduce the loss of drilling fluid, prevent solid and liquid p from entering the reservoir, and stabilize the wellbore.
Advantages
1. For porosity and micro-crack leakage, the plugging speed is fast and the effect is good.
2. It can quickly form an impermeable shielding belt with a certain strength to prevent the liquid and solid phase in the working fluid from invading the reservoir, so that the reservoir can be protected from damage. The shielding belt can be removed through perforation and reverse drainage.
3. It can significantly reduce the filtration loss of mud without affecting the rheological property of mud, and has excellent temperature resistance.
4. It is not affected by electrolyte pollution, non-toxic and harmless.
Usage and dosage
1. The amount of leakage prevention is 1-2%.
2. Use 2-4% to seal the pores and micro-fractures of the sand layer and protect the reservoir.
3. Seal the serious leakage layer with a dosage of 4-6%.

Bags, net weight of each bag 25 kg: store in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
