Filter Cake Breaker ME-OBR is a mixture of organic and inorganic acids as a drilling fluid solution. Which is a versatile polymer, carbonate granulate and scale dissolver for oil and gas installations, especially for open hole and production well cake breaking applications. Features built-in corrosion barrier and demulsifier. It is widely used to break or prevent clogging of emulsions and to flush metal ions from well targets. Use as a pre-rinse or perforated cake breaker.

Composition:

Filter Cake Breaker ME-OBR, which is a multipurpose NaCL, CaCO3 particle and CaSO4 scale dissolver which can be applied to oil and gas facilities with particular applications in open hole cake breaking and water injection well scale dissolving applications.

The scale dissolver for the injection well has an obvious effect on improving the permeability of the reservoir, which can dredge the seepage channel in the near well area, the effect of scale dissolver is obvious, improve the apparent water absorption index of the injection well, and greatly improve the daily injection water volume of the injection well.
